Unilytix offers repair services for many IOtech products. Repair services include product calibration for products that require it. Repaired products are guaranteed to meet all original product specifications.
Repaired products are guaranteed for a period of one year. This guarantee does not cover damage due to customer abuse, natural disaster or the application of signals that the unit is not designed to withstand.
Typical turn time for IOtech product repairs is five business days. This time can be affected by availability of stocked repair parts, as well as the number of repairs currently being performed. You will be given an estimated repair time when you inqure about repairs for your unit.
Expedited repair service is available for an additonal fee of $120 per unit. Turn time for expedited repair service is two business days if the product is received by 10:00 AM EST. If for some reason we are unable to complete your expedited product repair within this time, the expedite fee will be waived.
