IOtech products are calibrated to published specifications utilizing high-accuracy calibration instrumentation that is traceable to NIST standards. Unlike some calibration service companies, all units are fully calibrated, not simply verified for accuracy.
A calibration certificate is provided with the product calibration that clearly identifiess the product, the instruments used to calibrate the product, and the calibration expiration date for the calibration instruments. All IOtech products have a recommended calibration interval of one year.
Typical turn time for IOtech product calibration is three business days from the receipt of the product. Expedited calibration service is available upon request for an additional fee of $120 per unit. Turn turn time for expedited calibration is one business day if the unit arrives by 10AM EST.
Pre/Post calibration reports are available for most IOtech products. The fee for pre/post calibration reports is $100 per unit.
